VIRTUAL ONLY
Supporting Growth Through Family Connection
Healing and growth don’t happen in isolation. When appropriate, family members may be invited into the therapeutic process to better understand the client’s needs, strengthen communication, and create a supportive environment that encourages continued growth.
What We Can Work Through Together
Everyone experiences seasons of change, uncertainty, and growth. At Oak & Olive Therapy, I provide a supportive space to work through life’s challenges and develop the tools to move forward with greater confidence and peace.
Anxiety
Support for managing worry, overthinking, stress, and the emotional and physical effects of anxiety.
Grief & Loss
A compassionate space to process loss, navigate changing relationships, and make room for healing.
Trauma
Support for processing difficult or distressing experiences while developing safety, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.
Life Transitions
Guidance through seasons of change, including major life decisions, changes in relationships, school or career transitions, and finding your sense of direction.
Personal Growth & Self-Esteem
Support in building confidence, developing self-awareness, strengthening boundaries, and creating a healthier relationship with yourself.
Family Support
When appropriate, family members may be incorporated into treatment to strengthen communication, relationships, and support for the individual’s therapeutic goals.
At Oak & Olive Therapy, I use an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and our work together may incorporate different approaches as you grow and your needs change.
Person-Centered Therapy
Provides a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. This approach honors your autonomy and recognizes that you are the expert on your own experiences.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and helps you identify and shift unhelpful patterns.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Builds skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and navigating relationships more effectively.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Helps you develop psychological flexibility, make space for difficult emotions, and take meaningful action guided by your values.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Focuses on your strengths, resources, and possibilities while identifying practical steps toward the future you want.
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
Examines unhelpful beliefs and thinking patterns that may contribute to emotional distress and supports the development of healthier, more balanced perspectives.
